You’ll slowly whittle them down one by one. Cast Freezepaw when you can to slow them down while shooting them with your wand/staff attacks. Don’t attempt to melee the four bosses as they’ll just swat you like a fly with their attacks. I was around level 81 when I did this, and it took a while. Once you accept this quest, you’ll be pitted in a battle against the four members of the dev team and they’re all level 99. Also, make sure that you’re around level 75-80 so things are more manageable. Once you speak to the fourth and final Gentlebro, you’ll be given a quest called “This Is It.” It’s imperative that you save first. (Don’t worry, they won’t do that, although the warning did make me create a backup save, haha.) They’ll start spawning random NPCs and changing the music, and they’ll even joke about deleting your save file. As usual, this easter egg is a nod to fans of the game since you’ll be humored by the dev team from The Gentlebros. You are free to pretty much go anywhere you like, but you’re going to want to follow the story and explore as you go because you will find areas where you are just too under-levelled to complete. The gameplay is very similar to that of the first – if it’s not broke, don’t fix it, right? Players will explore the World Map encountering enemies, completing quests, exploring dungeons and even finding loot.
